Tibetan Women's Crossing, Inc., (TWC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to uphold the religious, cultural and educational preservation of the Tibetan Buddhist religion, science, philosophy and support the education of poor Tibetan children. 


 

TWC's focus for 2010 is the development of a Tibetan cultural center composed of a library to house both the sacred ancient Tibetan artifacts and modern works of art.  


TWC 2010 Initiatives:

  • Tibetan Women's Cultural Institute (TWCI)
    A cultural center open to the public to display ancient Tibetan sacred paintings, scriptures, books as well as modern works of Tibetan art. 
  • TWC is currently offering Tibetan private language classes, Womens Open Forum Discussion Groups.
  • TWC sells handicrafts, incenses, massage and hair oils and books.

  • Development of Tibetan hand-made textiles
